Who We Are

Luckyheavy Windows & Siding is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Akron and the Akron area with independent providers of window replacement and siding installation. We are not a contractor. We do not send out installers, and we do not do the work ourselves.

When this page says "the provider," it means an independent local business that you may choose to hire.

Why This Service Exists

A window or siding project can feel like a lot. Prices vary. Terms are confusing. Family schedules are already full. Many homeowners put the job off because they do not know where to begin.

We built this service to make the first step simpler. Describe the project, gather a few photos and let a provider in our network reach out. Then you can compare written quotes and plan around family life.

How Matching Works

You send a request with the basics. We look at what you need, where the home is and which type of job it is. Then we try to connect you with a provider in our network who serves your area.

Provider availability changes. Request a callback to check provider availability if you want to ask before sending a request.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent. We ask them to:

• Give clear, written quotes that list materials, labor and timing
• Explain the trade-offs between options in plain words
• Respect the household's schedule and keep disruption low
• Hold the licenses and insurance their local rules call for
• Treat homeowners fairly if they say they want more time

The provider, not Luckyheavy Windows & Siding, is responsible for the work, the contract and any warranty it offers. Read every quote and contract before you sign.

What We Do Not Do

We do not perform installation, repair or removal. Our qualified referrals are for window replacement, with a minimum of two windows. We do not set your price, and we do not promise a result or a schedule. We do not make insurance decisions either. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy, and ask the provider to help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Luckyheavy Windows & Siding does not bill homeowners. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You pay the provider you hire, under the terms in your written quote.

Because of this, we encourage you to compare more than one quote. A fair provider will not mind.
